Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and Open Book

STATE OF WISCONSIN

Town of Utica, Winnebago County

 

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2025 will be available for review at townofuticawi.gov.

The Assessor, Action Appraisers, will be available at the Utica Town Hall at 1730 County Road FF Oshkosh, WI  54904 (downtown Fisk) on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 10:00am until 6:30pm.  Or by telephone at 920-766-7323.

Instructional material will be provided during Open Book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.
